Theresa sparkles when she talks about her customers at Angus & Coote and being part of the precious moments in their lives. 

It’s a joy for Theresa to build a connection with her customers.  Often, that begins when they first come in to buy a gift, which is followed by an engagement ring, and then a wedding ring. 

Theresa loves playing a role in these important milestones. One of her favourite memories is helping a young man purchase the engagement ring his partner had chosen, as a surprise. The couple went on to get engaged and recently married, sharing photos of each celebration with Theresa along the way.  “You get involved in people’s lives.  It’s really lovely,” says Theresa. 

The team at Angus & Coote pride themselves on offering excellent customer service.  They want everyone who comes into the store at Northgate to have a wonderful shopping experience.  “We want them to leave with a smile on their face” says Theresa. 

Theresa has been at Northgate for over five years.  In that time, she has become good friends with many of the other store managers.  It’s one of the things that makes the Northgate community a real gem. 

It’s hard to miss Theresa’s passion for her work at Angus & Coote.  For her, there is so much to love about every day at Northgate – she works with an amazing team, and she loves providing excellent customer service.  “We have a motto – ‘smile, because we sell diamonds’” laughs Theresa.
