As part of our commitment to continually improving facilities at Northgate, we’re upgrading our restroom amenities and parenting room. To minimise disruptions to your shopping experience, the work will be carried out in two phases.

Phase one

Beginning on Tuesday, 22nd July 2025, with the upgrade of the ground-level restroom facilities located opposite Woolworths. These amenities will be temporarily closed for approximately four weeks.

Phase two

Following that, we will commence Phase Two of the project, which will involve the upgrade of the underground restrooms and parenting room facilities, located at the bottom of the travelators next to Coles. These amenities will also be temporarily closed for approximately four weeks.

During the upgrade period, restroom facilities will be limited. Clear directional signage will be in place to guide you to the available amenities.

These upgrades are designed to bring more modern, comfortable, and accessible facilities to Northgate. We appreciate your understanding and support as we enhance the facilities at Northgate.
