What makes a favourite store?

For some, it's a great product or a bargain find. For others, it's the friendly face behind the counter, the helpful advice or the warm welcome waiting every visit.

As part of our Share the Love competition, we asked our community to tell us which Northgate store they love most and why. The response has been overwhelming, with locals sharing stories about the retailers, cafés and services that make Northgate such a special part of their everyday lives.

While every entry is unique, one thing keeps shining through: it's the people behind our stores who keep locals coming back.
